These Terms and Conditions govern the use of waterrollersafrica.org and online purchases made from Water Rollers Africa (“WRA”, “we”, “us”).
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.
Water Rollers Africa is a South African NPC with NPO, PBO and section 18A status.

We aim to keep product, price, availability, delivery and organisational information accurate.
We may correct genuine errors or update website content when necessary.
A correction will not remove rights already granted to a consumer by law.
The EcoRoller is a manually pushed or pulled water-moving product with a nominal capacity of 70 litres.
Product imagery, technical information and descriptions are intended to help customers understand the product.
Minor non-material variations may occur where they do not change the essential characteristics of the product.
EcoRoller™ is a proprietary product of Rolling Water Foundation, a Canadian registered charity. Manufactured in South Africa by EcoTanks. Marketed and distributed in South Africa by Water Rollers Africa NPC.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, the standard public EcoRoller price is R2,100 plus VAT.
At the current 15% VAT rate, this is R2,415 including VAT.
Checkout will display the amount payable before an order is submitted.
Prices may be changed for future orders. A price change does not retrospectively change an order already validly accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
Larger-order, group, organisation, reseller, distribution or other commercial enquiries may be handled through a separate quotation process.
A quotation may contain different pricing, delivery arrangements, payment terms or conditions from the standard single-product online offer.
You are responsible for reviewing your order and ensuring that the quantity, contact details and delivery information are correct before submitting it.
We may contact you where information must be clarified before fulfilment.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.
Where necessary, WRA may still contact you about payment verification, delivery details, availability, suspected fraud or an obvious error before fulfilment.
Online payments are processed through Paystack and are subject to Paystack’s technical systems and applicable terms. WRA will not ask you to send full card credentials by email or WhatsApp.
Standard online EcoRoller orders include free delivery within South Africa.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery unless another period is agreed.
International delivery may be available by quotation. Please contact WRA for details before placing an order.
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these terms.
Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African law.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
EcoRollers are supplied with the product warranty described in our EcoRoller Warranty Policy.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Unless otherwise stated, WRA owns or is licensed to use the website content, WRA branding, text, graphics, photographs, video, layout and other website materials, and those materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This statement applies to the website content and WRA branding only and does not imply that WRA owns the intellectual property in the EcoRoller. EcoRoller ownership is stated separately in the EcoRoller ownership section.
You may view and use the website for legitimate personal, organisational or purchasing purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected website content without permission.
The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, social platforms, video hosts or other websites.
WRA is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party services outside WRA’s control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where South African law does not permit exclusion or limitation.
Subject to that qualification, WRA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, misuse of the EcoRoller, or unauthorised reliance on third-party content or services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
By providing information through the website, you acknowledge that it will be processed for the purposes reasonably connected to your order, enquiry, website use or other interaction with WRA.
You agree that WRA may communicate electronically in connection with your order, enquiry, account, support request or other transaction.
Marketing communications are handled separately in accordance with applicable law and your marketing preferences.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or jurisdictional rules that apply.
We may update these terms from time to time.
The version published on the website will state its last-updated date.
The terms applicable to a particular transaction will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at the relevant time.
